01. Payment and Delivery:
1. Prior to delivery, payment of your order amount is necessary so Avatar Cakes could deliver your item on time.
2. Request for specific delivery dates and times are entertained. While putting our reasonable best efforts to deliver on time, we are not giving any guarantee on this because delivery could be delayed for reasons beyond our control, e.g. traffic congestion or bad weather.
3. Delivery will be suspended under bad weather conditions as broadcasted by the Hong Kong Observatory. Avatar Cakes reserves the right to reschedule such deliveries when the weather or traffic improves.
4. Any change of delivery date and time must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

03. Cancellation policy:
Once an order has been placed, Avatar Cakes will work on it expeditiously. For this reason, if any order needs to be cancelled, the customer must inform Avatar Cakes at least 4 days prior to the delivery/ pick up date.
